Just under 1,000 people are believed to be taking part in today’s Drumcree march.

Security forces are hoping that with the low turn out, the controversial parade will pass off peacefully.

It was reported that some Orangemen pointed cameras beyond the barriers and took pictures of onlooking catholics.

Only those at the back of the parade became involved in abusive verbal exchanges when the march was reaching Drumcree church.

After the church ceremony at Drumcree, the parade will proceed on towards the controversial blockade at Garvaghy Road.
