Three arrested in suspect package investigation

Three men have been arrested, including one in Dublin, in connection with sending suspect packages to Downing Street and St Andrews University in the UK.

The other two were detained in the Strathclyde area in Scotland.

It follows an investigation into hoax bomb calls, e-mails and post, which allegedly contained toxic material.
