The decision to bar the Orange Order from marching down the nationalist Garvaghy Road in Portadown is a denial of natural justice, it was claimed today.

The Parades Commission ruled last night, as it has done since its creation in 1998, that the marchers cannot use the Garvaghy Road return route from the Orangemen’s church service on Drumcree Hill on Sunday.
