Security guard shot in north Dublin attack

A security guard is recovering in hospital after being shot during an overnight attack at a school in north Dublin.

A security guard is recovering in hospital after being shot during an overnight attack at a school in north Dublin.

The man was taken to Beaumont Hospital following the incident at Belcamp College in Coolock.

His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

Gardai said they have yet to establish a motive for the shooting.
