Blast bomb injures pregnant woman

Talks to try and quell loyalist attacks on Catholics and the police in Belfast were put on hold last night after renewed violence in the city.

A pregnant woman was rushed to hospital after loyalists threw a blast bomb over the peaceline in the Short Strand area of Belfast after serious rioting in the area.
