Talks to avert postal strike to resume at LRC

Talks between An Post and the Communications Workers Union are due to resume at the Labour Relations Commission today in an effort to avert industrial action by clerical staff in post offices.

The workers’ strike notice expires at midnight tonight, but action is not expected until early next week.
