O'Donnell 'unable' to take ministerial position

Progressive Democrats' TD Liz O’Donnell has revealed that she is unable to take on ministerial duties in the incoming Government.

Ms O’Donnell, who served as Minister for State in the Department of Foreign Affairs in the last administration, cited personal reasons for her decision.
