Fine Gael leadership candidate Phil Hogan says that the party must work to establish a clear economic identity if the party is to provide an alternative to Fianna Fail.

Mr Hogan believes that the party must form a strong relationship with Irish workers if it is to stand as a viable alternative to the Fianna Fail party in any future general elections.
