An Post clerks refuse to handle bills in pay dispute

Clerks at post offices throughout Ireland are refusing to handle ESB bills as part of a dispute with An Post over pay and conditions.

The clerks are also refusing to deal with AIB customers who would be able to use post offices to lodge and withdraw money from their accounts by July.
