An Irishwoman was among those killed in the Potter's Bar train disaster.

Agnes Quinlivan, aged 80, had moved from Ireland 65 years ago.

A former district nurse, she had always lived in the Potter's Bar area since emigrating.

Police have so far named five of the victims of the crash, which is believed to have been caused by a points failure just south of the station.

The victims were Austen Kark, 75, of Islington, north London; Agnes Quinlivan, 80, of Potters Bar; Jonael Schickler, 25, of East Sussex; Emma Knights, 29, from Cambridgeshire; and Alexander Ogonwusi, 42, of south west London.
