Post mortem to be carried out today

A post mortem is due to be carried out today on the body of a woman found in a derelict house in Dublin.

The young woman, who was in her twenties and believed to be from Galway, was found at the house in Ballsbridge yesterday afternoon.

Her throat had been slit and it is thought she had been dead for at least a day. A full-scale murder inquiry is underway.
