Airgun youths risk death - NI police warn

Youngsters taking pot shots at police vehicles in Northern Ireland with air rifles were warned today they risk being shot dead.

Police said it was difficult to distinguish such guns from high velocity weapons and warned: ‘‘People engaging in this type of activity risk death or serious injury.’’
