Ahern defends cost of Bertie Bowl

The Taoiseach has rubbished claims that building the so-called Bertie Bowl can only be done at the expense of schools and hospitals.

Mr Ahern was responding to remarks made by Attorney General Michael McDowell, who is standing for election with the Progressive Democrats.
