Temporary saving for job cuts in Donegal

A temporary saving measure has been set up to help workers whose jobs were lost at RMT in Donegal last week.

145 jobs were lost when the car-parts company announced that it was going to into immediate liquidation.

An arrangement has now been reached whereby some workers will be re-employed.

The arrangement with the Ford company has been deemed a short term measure by local representatives.
