IRA ceasefire 'not enough' - Reid

Northern Secretary John Reid has told the British Government’s House of Commons that the IRA’s ceasefire is "not enough".

Dr Reid said allegations of IRA involvement in a break-in at Castlereagh barracks in Belfast were of grave concern and added that people’s confidence in republicans is wavering.
