PDs vow to compensate crime victims

The Progressive Democrats have unveiled a six-point election manifesto on crime, with plans to compensate victims.

If returned to Government after the election, the PDs said they would establish a fund to compensate the victims of crime, with the money being used for personal injuries and non-insured losses.
