Man dies after collision

A road traffic accident has resulted in the death of a man on the Carlow to Kilkenny road.

The man, in his forties, was driving on the road early this morning when the crash occurred.

The incident happened at the Orchard just after 9am.

Gardai have not released the man’s name yet.
