Political campaigns for day three

As day three of the election campaigns begins, politicians are expected out in the constituencies.

Candidates are taking to all parts of the country. Bertie Ahern will be visiting Meath and West Meath. It is expected that Fine Gael’s Michael Noonan will be in some of the same areas as well.

Meanwhile in the capital, parties will continue to give out policy documents and expand on plans for Government. Labour’s Ruairi Quinn will visit North Dublin and Dublin West.

The Progressive Democrats’ Mary Harney is taking time out in her own constituency today. She will be campaigning in Dublin Mid-West.
