Harney outlines key strategies ahead of upcoming election

The Progressive Democrats will not form part of any Government that intends to build a national stadium using taxpayers money according to the Tanaiste Mary Harney.

Speaking at the launch of her party’s election manifesto, Ms Harney said that the country cannot afford to spend a billion euro on such a project and if it is to get her approval it will need corporate sponsorship.
