Quinn urges Adams to come clean on 'hit list'
Labour Party leader Ruairi Quinn has called on Sinn Fein president Gerry Adams to make a statement in connection with the discovery of an alleged IRA "hit list" containing the names of British politicians.
"I find it inexplicable that the IRA is continuing to monitor the movements of any
politicians in the United Kingdon," he said.
"It is behaviour incompatible with the republican movement’s stated commitment to the peace process."
Fine Gael has also called on the republican movement to clarify if it was responsible for the list, which was discovered during a raid in Belfast last month.
