€4.9m plan to help victims of Troubles
The Northern Executive has announced a €4.9m strategy to help victims of the Troubles.
The plan, which follows a year-long consultation process, contains 50 pledges of action intended to provide practical help and services to those affected by the 30-year conflict.
Among the proposals contained in the plan is a review of emergency payments to people re-housed as a result of intimidation and a project where victims are interviewed and their feelings and memories recorded.
