Molloy in hot water over court intervention claims
The Labour Party is calling for an immediate clarification from Junior Environment Minister Bobby Molloy, following criticism of him by a High Court judge.
Judge Philip O'Sullivan today took the unusual step of describing as "totally improper" an approach made on behalf of the PD Minister to him.
The senior judge has handed over two unopened letters from Minister Molloy to the court registrar.
Labour's deputy leader Brendan Howlin said the Minister must make a statement on his intervention.
