FF TD calls for changes to local planning laws

Fianna Fail’s TD for Dublin North East, Martin Brady has launched a campaign to change the local authority planning laws to allow for urban sprawl.

Mr Brady says because of the current planning laws, people applying for permission to build on a site have to be resident in the area for at least seven years.
