Irish national trapped in Ramallah compound

It's been confirmed that an Irish citizen is trapped with an American national in Yasser Arafat's presidential compound in Ramallah, which is now mostly in ruins.

Details are still thin on the ground but it's known that her name is Keeva Butterly and she's an aid worker.
