Health officials warn of possible botulism outbreak

The Eastern Regional Health Authority has warned heroin users to avoid injecting into muscle after an addict showed signs of botulism.

The suspected case of the disease has sparked fears that a batch of contaminated heroin may have been smuggled into Ireland.
