Ferris tapes story 'a political leak' - Adams

The Sinn Fein president has described reports this morning that interrogation tapes were found in the car of North Kerry candidate Martin Ferris as another example of leaks and political agenda in the lead-in to the election.

Gerry Adams said the incidence of vigilantism in Co Kerry is due to an inadequate government response to drugs and crime. However, Mr Adams re-iterated that his party does not engage in vigilantism.
