Armed raiders strike in Dublin
Two premises in Dublin were hit by armed raiders overnight following the St Patrick's Day celebrations.
Three men wearing balaclavas who appeared to be armed burst into a hotel on Customs House Quay and ordered the manager to open the safe.
They escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash in a waiting car.
Meanwhile, a lone raider carrying what looked like a handgun got away with money after he struck while the manager was counting the day's takings in a bar on the East Wall Rd at around 1.15am.
