Greens unhappy with Nice Treaty "con job"

The Green Party is slamming Bertie Ahern's moves to attach a declaration on Irish neutrality to the Nice Treaty.

The Taoiseach is to discuss the possibility of such a declaration with his EU counterparts at the Barcelona summit this evening.
