Two bodies found in Waterford

Gardai in Waterford are treating as suspicious the deaths of two people whose bodies were found four miles apart overnight.

A man’s body was discovered at Clashmore in the county while the body of a woman was found at Bawncommeragh in Ardmore.

Gardai are investigating a possible link between the two deaths and have sought the assistance of the Garda Technical bureau and the State Pathologist.
