Govt to ensure motorists get notice of insurance premiums

The Government is planning to introduce new measures to ensure that motorists get adequate advance notice of their insurance premiums.

Junior Minister Noel Treacy has proposed that motorists receive at least 15 days notice of renewal terms for insurance policies to allow them to shop around and get a better deal.
