The prisoner whose jaw was allegedly broken by a kick from a prison officer has identified the accused to a jury as the man who assaulted him.

The prisoner whose jaw was allegedly broken by a kick from a prison officer has identified the accused to a jury as the man who assaulted him.

Mr Colm Fogarty said on day-13 of the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court trial he was being removed from a transport van in the aftermath of a riot when he saw the accused approach him quickly and kick him in the face.
