The Rotunda maternity hospital in Dublin is to pay more than €4.7m to a man for injuries he suffered at his birth 21 years ago.

The Rotunda maternity hospital in Dublin is to pay more than €4.7m to a man for injuries he suffered at his birth 21 years ago.

The settlement was approved today by the High Court in Dublin after an out-of-court agreement between Dubliner Shane Farrell and the Rotunda.
