Two probes as man dies in factory accident

Two investigations were launched today after a man died in an industrial accident outside of Cork.

The 50-year-old maintenance fitter was believed to have been hit by a piece of equipment at the ADM pharmaceutical plant in Ringaskiddy, Co Cork.
