Right-to-die Rev won't return here

The American right-to-die advocate being sought by gardai in connection with the suicide of Rosemary Toole has no plans to return to Ireland in the immediate future.

Rev George Exoo told local reporters in the town of Charleston, West Virginia, that he will be directing his lawyers to talk to gardai.

Rev Exoo said that he did not know that assisted suicide is illegal in Ireland and described it as a 'horrible' law.
