Man to appear in Belfast court in connection with arms

A 54-year-old man is due to appear before Belfast magistrates court on Monday charged in connection with an arms’ find in the North.

A 54-year-old man is due to appear before Belfast magistrates court on Monday charged in connection with an arms’ find in the North.

Three men were arrested following the discovery of three shotguns, a rifle, several rounds of ammunition and 8000 contraband cigarettes in the garden of a house on Barnsley Crescent.

Only one of the men was charged with possession of firearms and ammunition with intent to endanger life.
