Cowen to hold talks with US envoy to North

The Minister for Foreign Affairs is to brief US President George W Bush's advisor on Ireland on the latest developments in the North.

Richard Haas, who was last here on September 11, wants to discuss the upsurge in violence in north Belfast with Brian Cowen.
