Teenager shot in North

A young man has been shot in the North last night.

The man, who is eighteen years old, was shot in both ankles.

He was dragged from his home in the Laurelbank area of Dunmurray, Belfast.

The Police Service of Northern Ireland says a masked gang burst into his home at around twenty past ten last night.

The teenager is now recovering in a hospital in Belfast this morning.
