Bomb-maker dies as device explodes in his face

A 19-year-old man has died after a pipe bomb he was manufacturing exploded in his face in Coleraine, Co Derry last night.

The local man died instantly when the device exploded in a house on Winston Way, in the Heights area of the town, late last night.
