Fuel prices set to rise

Petrol prices are set to rise with the announcement by OPEC that they are to cut output by 1.5m barrels per day.

The cartel of oil-producing nations has held an emergency meeting in Cairo today to discuss the reduction, which will take effect from New Year's Day and last for at least six months.
