Tipperary accident victims named

The three people killed in yesterday's road accident in Co Tipperary have been named.

They were 45-year-old Donal O'Dowda, 45 Woodlands Avenue, Waterford, 50-year-old Breda O'Neill, of the same address and Katy Rossiter, aged 20, with an address in the US.
