Aer Lingus launches sales fightback

Aer Lingus has announced an internet sales offensive in an attempt to turn the troubled airline's fortunes around.

Following a year which saw foot-and-mouth, the September 11 attacks and various internal industrial disputes hit revenue, Aer Lingus says it can now offer reductions of up to 51% on its internet fares.
