100 fresh turkeys stolen in Co Donegal

Gardai in Co Donegal are investigating the theft of 100 fresh turkeys from a farm in the St Johnstone area today.

50 portions of turkey breast were also taken in the robbery.

The goods, which are worth in excess of £3,000, were taken from a refrigerated shed.

Gardai have appealed for anyone offered the produce to come forward.
