Next phase in Aer Lingus survival begins

The next phase of a successful rescue of Aer Lingus will be taken today, when it is thought the trade union Impact will endorse the airline’s survival plan.

The Union’s 2,500 pilots, cabin crew and middle management are likely to have followed SIPTU’s example, when ballots are counted.
