SF calls national meeting over decommissioning gesture

Sinn Fein president Gerry Adams has revealed that his party’s leadership has called a meeting of its national executive in January to discuss grassroots concerns over the beginning of IRA decommissioning.

Mr Adams has admitted that the decommissioning gesture in October has caused problems with ordinary republicans and Sinn Fein supporters.
