Flanagan discusses Omagh report with O'Loan
The North’s police service has revealed that its chief constable, Ronnie Flanagan, held talks with police ombudsman Nuala O’Loan yesterday to discuss their feud over the report into the police handling of the Omagh bomb investigation.
In her report, Ms O’Loan said Mr Flanagan’s flawed judgement had hampered efforts to bring those responsible for the Omagh attack to justice.
