The Irish Seal Sanctuary delivered a dead seal to Government buildings in Dublin today to protest against the snub it received in the budget earlier this month.

The voluntary group has been forced to close its sanctuary in north Dublin after the Minister for Finance Charlie McCreevy failed to give it the £1.8m it needs to build a new facility.
