Disgruntled truck drivers have been told that only a convoy of 10 lorries will be allowed to protest in the capital, because of operation free-flow.

The drivers, angry with Wicklow County Council’s new dumping restrictions were planning a large slow convoy of trucks to the gates of Leinster House.
