British low-cost airline Go! has decided to pull out of Dublin Airport following a price war with its Irish rival, Ryanair.

British low-cost airline Go! has decided to pull out of Dublin Airport following a price war with its Irish rival, Ryanair.

Go! set up in Dublin Airport less than six months ago with cheap flights to Edinburgh and Glasgow in Scotland.

However, Ryanair immediately lowered its fares to the same destinations in an attempt to retain its dominance of the routes.

In a statement today, Go! said intensive competition made its operations in Ireland uncompetitive.
