A controversial report over whether Special Branch failed to pass on information which could have averted the Omagh bombing was being published today by the police ombudsman for Northern Ireland.

Ombudsman Nuala O’Loan was meeting with relatives of the 29 people who died in the August 1998 atrocity ahead of publication.
