The Government’s report on possible biological attacks on Ireland has apparently identified anthrax, smallpox, botulism and plague as the main threats.

The Government’s report on possible biological attacks on Ireland has apparently identified anthrax, smallpox, botulism and plague as the main threats.

The unpublished report also recommends that doctors be available to treat these diseases on a 24-hour basis and designates certain hospitals to handle any possible biological emergency.
